This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you play Dragon Squad: Merge Battle (the "App"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information. However, the App may collect or process limited device and usage information through third-party services, including:

• Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and coarse device information used to serve and measure ads.
• Gameplay and usage events, such as levels started or completed, session length, and in-game progress.
• Crash and diagnostic data, such as crash logs, device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Purchase confirmations for in-app purchases, processed through Google Play.

Your game progress is stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used only to operate and improve the App, specifically to:

• Display advertisements and measure their performance;
• Understand how players use the App so we can improve gameplay, balance, and difficulty;
• Diagnose crashes, bugs, and performance problems;
• Process and validate in-app purchases and restore entitlements.

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles outside the services described below, and we do not attempt to identify you personally.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising and ad measurement.
• Google Firebase Analytics — gameplay and usage analytics.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and diagnostics.
• Google Play Billing (via Unity IAP) — in-app purchase processing.

4. Advertising

Our advertising partners may use device identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your Android device settings, under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path may vary by device). Purchasing an ad-removal product in the App, where offered, will stop ads from being displayed.

5. In-App Purchases

Payment and purchase processing are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your full payment card number, bank details, or billing address. We only receive a purchase confirmation so we can deliver the item you bought.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, and only so they can perform the functions described in this policy. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information, and data transmitted to our service providers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and provided information, please contact us through the App's Google Play store listing and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

9. Data Deletion Requests

Because the App has no user accounts, we generally cannot identify data belonging to an individual player. You can control your data in the following ways:

• Uninstalling the App removes locally stored game progress from your device.
• You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your Android device settings.
• For a specific deletion request, you can contact us through the App's Google Play store listing and we will assist where technically possible.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
